While the substrate in the black area was smoothed with the Briplast Powerfill 1891 spray filler, Pat Remont Bud applied the Relief S 3490 wall covering before the final coat was applied to the colored area.

Design variety on 55 square meters: Pat Remont Bud has created a stylish ambience in one of the 146 apartments in the new ARTE residential development in Łódź. The specialist trade company relied on the expertise of Brillux. Through testing products in the practice areas at the Łódź branch, trialing color schemes and consultations on-site: everyone involved worked closely together on the creative room design.

Exposed concrete look in contrast to rich black with Vetrolux 3100

With a purist exposed concrete look, Pat Remont Bud set contrasting yet harmonious accents. In the living area and bedroom, the specialists designed two surfaces with Creativ Sentimento 78 in two work steps. To protect the fine marble plaster from moisture, they then coated the surfaces with Creativ Hydro Impregnating Agent 81. The work was preceded by priming with Adhesive Primer 3720 in the respective color of the top coat in light or dark gray.

They coated selected wall surfaces in black with Vetrolux. One benefit to the cleanable dispersion: its functional fillers reduce the so-called writing effect. Superlux 3000 interior dispersion was used on the suspended ceilings – ideal due to the critical lighting conditions in the apartment.

Glemalux 1000 for higher cleanability

For the white wall surfaces, the specialist trade company used Glemalux with a dull matt gloss grade to meet the higher requirements for cleanability. The wall in the dining area provided another colored accent. Pat Remont Bud coated the textured wall covering Relief S 3490 with the dull matt pure acrylic dispersion Sensocryl 266 in a striking honey-yellow shade.

“Working with so many different products in such a small apartment was absolutely unique,” says Patryk Wolowski, owner of Pat Remont Bud, looking back. His team completed the project within a month, not least thanks to delivery directly to the construction site – free of charge.
