The harmonious structure with unobtrusive integration of the penthouse level and accentuated facade elements in the stairwell area creates focal points at different times of day. Despite the bold choice of color shade for the facade, the building complex does not appear obtrusive. In darkness, the illuminated cores of the stairwell create a harmonious interplay between light and color. All elements of the complex are color coordinated. This starts with the facade and runs through to the street lamps in the outdoor area. It is particularly noteworthy that no attempt was made to bring large facade surfaces to life or to break them up with different colors.
