With great meticulousness, the facades of the multi-storey, divided residential complex were separated by horizontal strips in different materials and material thicknesses: a white glass mosaic strip at the height of the windows, a slightly protruding white ETICS strip at the height of the parapet, a third strip made from pixel-like cut-out golden sheet metal – some higher than the balcony parapet, some narrower than the window parapet. The harmony between the white plaster, white mosaic that reflects the sky in palest light blue and the gold of the metal strips creates the impression of a highly decorative, almost exotic look.
