A group of new residential buildings was built directly next to the Filmpark Potsdam Babelsberg. Modern architecture – with a style adapted to the new main building of the Filmpark – and modern living comfort in a coveted location make the building extremely attractive. The facade in warm broken white creates a clear contrast to the anthracite windows, doors and balcony balustrade. The brown red sliding panels and their running rails create a powerful color accent. As a homage to the historic city of Potsdam, cornice profiles decorate the otherwise straight, modern style of the building, which were given a natural stone character with a gray glazing technique.
