Hotel Coppe Jesolo, Lido di Jesolo

The facade renovation of the 4-star Hotel Coppe Jesolo was a “special challenge” for his painting company, emphasizes entrepreneur Elio Caon: “The client wanted to update the hotel exterior while ensuring it blended with its surroundings in terms of color.” The hotel is located directly on Piazza Milano, an elegant district close to the beach, with numerous stores, cafés and restaurants exuding typical Italian charm. The solution to this challenging task was a color concept from the Brillux color studio.

“The color concept developed by Andrea Schäfer from the Brillux color studio made the decision-making process in the run-up to the project much easier,” says Elio Caon. “The clear visualization of the building’s color scheme in the context of its surroundings quickly convinced the client,” he adds. The color studio designs were also a real “door opener” for Brillux because they brought an emotional perspective to the planning with their visualizations. “An advantage and a clear edge over competitors,” says Caon.

In addition to the facade refurbishment, the contract also included a balcony refurbishment. There was therefore a large variety of products used on this project: the materials used included Lacryl Deep Penetrating Primer 595, ETICS Adhesion and Reinforcement Mortar L 3500, Render Primer 3710 and Rausan KR Fine Render 3530. The 100% pure acrylic facade paint Evocryl 200 was used for the stain-resistant, highly weather-resistant and durable facade coating. Metal parts such as the balcony railings were primed with 2K-EP Varioprimer S 864 and then painted with the particularly resistant 2K-Durapur 7741 PU acrylic paint.
"The hotel guests immediately praised the client after the facade renovation was completed,” says Elio Caon. The owner is delighted that the Brillux brand has also gained a new reputation in the region – because this has a positive effect on his business.
